Saturday was the first time we were able to play against other schools for the 2010 season. We played each team for 50 minutes. We started out the day by refereeing at 10am. Then we played William Penn at 11am. We also played Indian Hills Community College and Hannibal LaGrange. All of the matches went very well, and everyone worked hard and played very well. It was a good day to learn what we really needed to work on as a team. It also showed that we have been working hard to be better players and I think it really showed during the scrimmage. We have improved a lot from last year and we are going to keep on improving! After a long week of practices and our scrimmage we were all ready for a much needed day off. I spent the whole day relaxing; as did everyone else I’m sure. It was very nice to have a day off but now we are ready to get back to three days of two-a-days, and then school on Thursday! We are all ready and excited for another busy week! Go Dogs!
